RITES Announces Job Vacancies for Assistant Manager, Deputy General Manager, and Various Other Contractual Positions

Proficiency in project management and familiarity with industry software tools are highly desirable.
Deputy General Manager: Candidates for the Deputy General Manager position must hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is essential, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, and resource management is crucial. Previous experience in the transport or infrastructure sector will be considered an advantage.
Other Contractual Positions: RITES is also offering various other contractual roles, each with specific eligibility criteria. For technical positions, candidates should have a relevant engineering degree and professional experience ranging from 3 to 7 years, depending on the role. For administrative and support roles, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required, along with 2 to 5 years of experience in similar capacities. Proficiency in relevant software applications and strong communication skills are essential for all positions.
