Educational Qualification:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Stenographer or similar role
- Proficient in shorthand and stenography
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
As a Stenographer at ADA, your responsibilities will include:
- Transcribing and typing correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Preparing and editing documents, including proofreading for accuracy and completeness
- Managing and organizing files, both physical and electronic
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and phone calls
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports
- Providing general administrative support to the team
