Educational Qualification:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Proficient in shorthand and stenography
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


As a Stenographer at ADA, your responsibilities will include:

  • Transcribing and typing correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Preparing and editing documents, including proofreading for accuracy and completeness
  • Managing and organizing files, both physical and electronic
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and phone calls
  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports
  • Providing general administrative support to the team

Age Limit:
