Education Qualification: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing automated test scripts using testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, or BDD framework.
- Executing automated test scripts and analyzing results to identify defects or issues.
- Collaborating with development team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Designing and maintaining automated test suites to ensure adequate coverage of functionality.
- Participating in code reviews to ensure the testability of code and identify areas for test automation.
- Developing and maintaining test documentation, including test plans and test cases.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software testing.
- Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of software products.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong proficiency in testing processes and defect management, with at least 4 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cucumber, or BDD framework exposure is preferred.
- Excellent skills in Java programming and object-oriented concepts.
- Proficiency in JUnit, Maven, and Jenkins integration.
- Exposure to in-sprint automation.
- Excellent data automation skills and SQL knowledge.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- API Automation experience, particularly with the Karate framework.
- Exposure to the agile testing process.
- Proficiency in API testing, UI testing, and database testing.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with Business Analysts (BA) and Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders.
