Test Requirement Analysis:
- Identify potential defects in requirements through early detection mechanisms such as

- Secure client signoff on the finalized test plan.
- Contribute to test plan creation by providing inputs such as the number of test scenarios and cases for estimating test cycles/schedules, along with dependencies.
- This includes considerations for various dependencies from teams like environment availability, third-party interfaces, and test data.
- Engage in collaborative sprint goal definition sessions to establish the team’s objectives during the sprint.
- Actively participate in status calls/meetings between onsite and offshore teams to discuss project progress.
Test Design Techniques (Design principles/tools/patterns):
- Identify test scenarios by thoroughly understanding systems, interfaces, and applications.
- Recognize end-to-end business-critical scenarios.
- Assist the development team in automating unit tests, identifying environment dependencies, establishing deployment strategies, understanding the build release cycle, and managing test data dependencies.
- Create or review test scenarios (originally formulated by the Quality Engineer).
- Identify and validate test scenarios suitable for automation. Execute in-sprint automation tasks.
- Perform maintenance on automation scripts.
- Share the created test scripts with the test lead for thorough review.
- Conduct a pilot automation test run to validate the efficacy of the test scripts.
- Verify the setup of the test environment.
