Basic Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of relevant development or migration experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Java, Selenium, Appium, API automation, Rest, and HTML.
- Proficiency in mobile automation with Appium.
- Experience in developing and using automation frameworks.
- Ability to develop and execute automated tests using Appium for mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- End-to-end test management skills, from planning to closure and defect management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle multiple stakeholders and conflict management.
- Preferably Agile or software testing certified.
- Taking accountability for quality across run and change activities.
- Overseeing output quality from all testing phases and ensuring it meets quality test strategy requirements.
- Detecting and prioritizing defects based on impact and resolving them promptly.
- Undertaking end-to-end test management, including planning, risk management, and governance.
- Reviewing delivery collateral to ensure quality and prevent gaps or duplication.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of quality standards, best practices, and risk and controls framework.
- Application of modern testing and quality practices and techniques in agile methodologies.
