Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing project proposals, including feasibility studies, cost estimates, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the feasibility of project implementation.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Monitor project progress identify potential risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in quality control and assurance activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
