Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Work as a DevOps and Automation Engineer to ensure continuous delivery of the product to stakeholders.
- Develop, publish, and support software tools that monitor, track, and report on existing cloud data center IaaS inventory, client usage, future demand, and trends.
- Collaborate closely with leaders across IBM sales, IBM Cloud Success Managers (CSMs), Product Managers, and external partners to ensure client capacity requests are submitted and received.
- Prioritize the deployment of additional funding and capacity based on usage thresholds, sales, business, and client demand.
