Job Description:
- Strong background and skills in designing and developing attractive and engaging data visualization and end-user reports, as well as performing data analysis using Tableau.
- Demonstration of Tableau proficiency in both Desktop and Cloud solutions; Tableau Certification is highly desired.
- 3 years of experience in reading, writing, defining, executing, and interpreting complex/nested SQL queries.
- Solid understanding of design strategies for information display.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of self-prioritizing work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work within strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities and acting with a sense of urgency; adept at handling complexity and ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate insights by designing, developing, deploying, and supporting sustainable, scalable Tableau dashboards and other Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
- Conduct and document data analysis, data validation, and data mapping design.
- Create medium to high-complexity dashboards using simple methods and principles.
- Ensure an intuitive and logical user experience flow, allowing readers to navigate and understand the presented information effortlessly; maintain clarity throughout the experience.
- Provide ad hoc data support for critical reporting needs.
- Conduct detailed data analysis, including discovery, determining structure, content, and quality of data by examining source systems, data samples, and dictionaries.
- Perform data manipulation tasks using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) to synthesize data into analytical datasets; define, complete, and interpret complex/nested SQL queries.
- Develop expertise in Tableau, our existing datasets, and data infrastructure.
- Conduct dashboard demonstrations and deliver basic training to new Tableau users as needed.
