Your day-to-day:
- Develop efficient, elegant, and reusable code, minimizing unnecessary complexity and abstraction.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with business partners to grasp requirements and devise reusable, refined solutions.
- Produce and review detailed low-level design documents.
- Present technical issues and solutions to audiences of varying sizes.
- Demonstrate recognized technical and business leadership, offering deep support across various functionalities.

What do you need to bring:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience developing large-scale applications using JAVA, Spring Core, and Spring Batch.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL technologies, with a strong understanding of relational and free-form databases, including robust data architecture and SQL development skills.
- Exposure to Spark, Distributed Databases, and Cloud Technologies is advantageous.
- Deep comprehension of advanced object-oriented design and development principles.
- Basic understanding of designing and developing data-intensive applications and architecting them for scalability and availability.
- Experience developing high-traffic backend services with low latency and designing them for scale.
- Application of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a Unix-based development environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Unix Shell, Perl, and Python is a plus.
- Experience with unit testing using Junit.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard software development tools (IDE, Version Control, Continuous Integration).
- Excellent debugging and problem-resolution skills.
- Expertise in online payments and related domains is beneficial.
- Emphasis on test-driven development and automation.
- Comfortable with Agile development and SCRUM process.
- Ability to refactor existing codebase and assess existing implementations for potential refactoring or rewriting.
