The selected candidate will be hired with a monthly salary ranging from ₹ 40,000 to ₹ 1,40,000.
Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (RFCL) is a Joint Venture Company established by National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), Engineers India Limited (EIL), and Fertilizers Corporation of India Limited (FCIL).
According to the RFCL Management Trainee 2024 job notification, individuals who have successfully completed their B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/MCA/LLB/MBA/PG/Diploma in relevant fields are eligible to apply.
Applicants for the desired post will be selected based on merit through a computer-based test (CBT) and interview.

Candidates will be evaluated based on their performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT) and interview.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates who have completed B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/MCA/LLB/MBA/PG/Diploma in relevant subjects are eligible to apply.
Application Fee:
For UR/OBC/EWS candidates, the application fee is ₹ 700/-. For SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Departmental candidates, there is no application fee.
Age Limit:
The age limit for Engineering graduates is between 18 to 25 years, while for MBA/PG graduates, it is up to 29 years. Additionally, age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules.
