Participate in all development phases, demonstrating leadership in specific areas. Contribute to architecture and scope definition, present new ideas, and communicate proactively and accurately. Education and Qualification / Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5 to 8 years of development experience; proficiency in Java and/or Javascript is advantageous.
- Proven track record of technical excellence within high-performing engineering teams.
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering advanced product functionality.
- Strong technical leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical landscapes effectively.
- Experience working within Agile teams.
- Knowledge or experience with any of the following is an advantage: SAP Lumira, SAP Business Intelligence Platform, SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP UI5.
