Responsibilities:
- Design and Implementation of Data Tools:
- Develop data-ingestion and data-publishing tools tailored for various datasets.
- Maintenance of Data Monitoring and Cataloging Tools:
- Ensure the functionality and reliability of data-monitoring and data-cataloging tools.
- Implementation and Maintenance of ETL Tools:
- Develop and maintain process management and data-movement tools for ETL processes.

What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background:

- Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 6+ years’ experience as a software engineer.
- Proven background as a Data Engineer in a production environment.
- Technical Focus:
- Expertise in ETL processes, data monitoring, and data engineering.
- Programming and Tools:
- Proficiency in Python, Docker, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Cloud Platforms:
- Hands-on experience with AWS and GCP.
- AWS Technologies:
- Familiarity with AWS technologies such as Aurora DB, Glue, Lambda, and Redshift.
- Infrastructure as Code:
- Ability to implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/CloudFormation.
- Containerization and Orchestration:
- Solid understanding of containers and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, CI/CD).
- Data Management Tools:
- Experience with AirFlow, NiFi, and other data-management and process-management tools is a plus.
