Job Description:

  1. Plan, prioritize, and distribute tasks on a daily basis, ensuring efficient execution.
  2. Monitor production servers, schedule jobs, and manage incidents received from end-users. Analyze and respond to issues promptly or escalate as necessary.
  3. Proactively and reactively manage incidents, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining knowledge repositories.
  4. Conduct effective troubleshooting in Ptask, identifying and reporting root causes to prevent recurrence.
  5. Drive continual service improvement processes, leveraging quality management methods to learn from past experiences.
  6. Perform tasks on the F5 load balancer including ordering, installing, and renewing SSL certificates, as well as server management for UNIX servers.
  7. Provide support for Application Response, Monitoring, and Triaging, including procedural recovery and server/application restarts.
  8. Utilize monitoring tools like OpManager, APP Dynamics, Kibana, Grafana, and CloudWatch for alerting and application monitoring.
  9. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to triage issues, identify dependencies, and eliminate false positives.
  10. Maintain applications for performance, availability, and reliability as part of the L2 Support team.
  11. Ensure in-depth incident resolution with comprehensive documentation, training, and incident trending analysis.
