Experience Level: The desired experience level for candidates is at least four years.
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Azure or Microsoft 365 management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in responding to security alerts for user accounts, workstations, and Microsoft 365 threats.
- Proficiency in Entra ID and Microsoft 365 with relevant knowledge and experience.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Experience with Azure Log Analytics or similar logging platforms such as Splunk, including proficiency in writing and running queries.
Additional Desired Skills (not required):
- Azure Certified Administrator certification.
- Experience with PowerShell or general automation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft security tools such as Microsoft Defender, M365 Security, and Microsoft Sentinel.
- Experience in managing and supporting Azure infrastructure and operating systems.
- Previous work experience in a managed service support or engineering role supporting multiple customers or organizations.
- Basic knowledge of Linux OS management.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or a general understanding of DevOps processes.
