Your Responsibilities:

User Management:
- Create, change, and remove user accounts.
- Update roles and conduct regular reviews of the user base, which exceeds 700 users.
Planning Architecture and Application Updates:
- Implement changes in the planning architecture and application.
- Add new labels, milestones, or tasks as needed.
Planning Templates:
- Implement changes in planning templates.
- Integrate new revisions into the productive system.
Verification and Testing:
- Perform necessary verification tests for application changes.
Failure Investigation and Troubleshooting:
- Investigate failures and troubleshoot issues.
Ticket Management:
- Verify and manage tickets submitted by users.
- Perform root cause analysis and define corrective actions.
User Support:
- Provide support to users facing questions or issues.
Application Design Changes:
- Create requests for application design changes.
Change Requests:
- Generate change requests for application modifications.
Data Gateway Management:
- Manage the PowerBI Data Gateway.
Documentation:
- Update and change application documentation based on SharePoint and Teams.

Your background:

Educational Background:
- Any graduation (Science, Computer Applications, Engineering).
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Project environment.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience in SQL and Power BI.
- Proficient knowledge of client-server applications under Windows and SQL.
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, including charts and Excel dashboards.
- Proven expertise in handling live connections of data with different systems.
Additional Skills:
- Exposure and work experience with Python is considered an added advantage.
Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated and willing to take up and lead new challenges.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
