Role:
- Design, maintain, and execute test cases in accordance with the defined testing strategy.
- Analyze issues encountered to identify the root cause and report them clearly and precisely to the responsible development team.
- Collaborate with various development teams within Siemens PL to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of issue identification and resolution.
- Collect and report testing and quality status updates to the team manager.
- Identify and escalate critical software issues in a timely manner.
Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD and Data Management software.
- 5-10 years of experience in testing MCAD software and/or Product Design.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Flexibility and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Willingness and capability to learn new technologies and product areas, and continuously improve existing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a customer-oriented focus and advocate for quality.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Teamcenter or working in a managed mode environment is an advantage.
